Welcome to the FuelMonkees ecosystem! By participating in our project, purchasing NFTs, staking, or engaging with our services, you agree to abide by these terms of service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

  • Ownership: By purchasing a FuelMonkees NFT, you own the underlying digital asset and are granted the rights as outlined in this document. Ownership is verified through the FUEL network.

  • Community Standards: All participants must uphold respectful and ethical behavior within the community. Toxicity, spamming, or fraudulent activity will result in a ban.

2. NFTs and Intellectual Property

  • NFT Ownership: When you acquire a FuelMonkee NFT, you own the tokenized art, but FuelMonkees retains the rights to the brand, logo, and ecosystem mechanics.

  • Commercial Use: NFT owners are granted limited rights to use the art for personal or commercial purposes, but this must align with the project's community guidelines.

  • Prohibited Use: FuelMonkee assets cannot be used for illegal activities, hate speech, or any action that undermines the project.

3. $PEELZ Token

  • Utility: $PEELZ is the official currency of the FuelMonkees ecosystem and is used for staking rewards, ecosystem upgrades, and other in-project utilities.

  • No Investment Guarantee: $PEELZ holds no monetary value outside the ecosystem and is not an investment. Its value may fluctuate based on ecosystem demand.

  • Supply: The total supply of $PEELZ is fixed at 2,468,000 tokens.

4. Staking and Rewards

  • Staking: By staking your FuelMonkee NFT, you agree to lock it within the ecosystem in exchange for rewards, such as $PEELZ tokens.

  • Rewards Terms: Staking rewards may vary based on ecosystem updates and are not guaranteed. The team reserves the right to adjust the staking mechanism.

FuelMonkees is not a financial entity, and participation in the project should not be construed as an investment opportunity. Always conduct your own research before engaging in blockchain-related projects.
